Ingredients

1 pound unseasoned chicken, cooked as desired (grilled, baked, etc.)

~6oz Smoky Brisket Sauce

1 cup chopped onions

2T butter
-
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese

4 plain sandwich rolls

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425º and melt butter in a skillet
- Once butter has melted, add the onions to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring occasionally
- While the onions are cooking, small dice or shred your chicken and mix in enough Smoky Brisket sauce to coat it well
- Cut the rolls in half (if you eat gluten-free, I recommend the Against the Grain brand, original flavor)
- Spread a light coating of brisket sauce on the bun tops and add grilled onions
- Spoon on the brisket chicken, level out, and top with mozzarella cheese
- Cook for ~12 minutes until cheese begins to brown on top
- Serve and enjoy!
