Chef's Knife, Cutting Board, Skillet, Measuring Cup, Cheese Grater, Mixing Spoon
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
2lb lean ground beef
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Piquant Peanut sauce
1 package coconut-flour wrap (or your wrap of choice)

Smoky Brisket
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once heated, add the minced ginger and sauté 2-3 minutes, until softened.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, draining the melted fat at the end if desired.
Place one wrap on a plate and scoop desired amount of meat onto it. Top with shredded cabbage, red onion, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.*
Top with ~2T Piquant Peanut sauce per wrap*
Fold or roll the wrap, then bite and enjoy!
*Alternatively, you can place all of the cooked ground beef, cabbage, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and desired amount of Piquant Peanut sauce in a bowl and mix all together; then scoop out the mixture per wrap
